Miriam Wilkinson - Physiotherapy

Miriam is originally from Germany and completed her Bachelor in Physiotherapy with Distinction at Sydney University, Australia in 2000. She has since worked in Australia, Germany and New Zealand treating clients with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. She has done further education in Myofascial release, Lymphatic drainage and Bradcliff Breathing and is currently training in Polestar Pilates.

In 2021, Miriam was selected as a Start-Up Scholarship winner to participate in the STEEL Cancer Rehabilitation Certification.

“Thank you so much PINC & STEEL for this scholarship! Cancer rehab is an area I have been interested in for a long time. Alongside my lymphoedema work I will be able to support men who are going through and recovering from cancer with rehabilitation. It's such a great opportunity to serve my community where oncology and men’s health services are limited. I will be able to join my colleagues within the clinic that are currently delivering the PINC program and work as part of a bigger team. I am excited to learn and make a difference in the lives of those with a cancer diagnosis!” Miriam
