A highly focused, total body workout, Pilates is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire body.


Suspension

Utilising suspension training equipment and other small apparatus to develop strength, core stability, flexibility and balance. Modifications can be made to suit all fitness levels.


Barre

Our Barre class fuses elements of ballet conditioning exercises with Pilates and Yoga moves, building strength, mobility and agility.
